At Pure Herbal Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used herbal products.

  • Products with broken safety seals.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

  • Orders returned without prior approval.

3. Refund Policy

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may:

  • Issue a full refund.

  • Send a replacement product.

  • Offer store credit, where applicable.

Refunds are processed only after verification of the claim.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective product.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your original payment method or bank processing time.

7. Herbal Product Disclaimer

Our herbal products are made using carefully selected ingredients. Individual results may vary based on age, health condition, lifestyle, and consistency of use.

We do not guarantee identical results for every customer. Refund requests based solely on personal expectations or individual results will not be accepted.
